1 tsp salt
2 cups milk
2 cups almond flour
3 tbsp baking powder
½ cup + 2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp CBD oil or as prescribed
2 apples, peeled, cored, and shredded
2 eggs, beaten
2 large carrots, peeled and shredded
2 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix the flour, baking powder, plus salt in your bowl.
Combine the milk, cinnamon, carrot, apple, vanilla extract, eggs, CBD oil, and ½ cup coconut oil in a separate bowl. Mix both the mixtures with each other.
Heat the 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
Add ½ cup of batter and spread to make a circle. Cook on both sides until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm.
